Facilitating fair land acquisition with community support.
Desh Seba Sangstha (DSS) is committed to making the land purchase process easier while maintaining adherence to the law. In addition to doing joint verifications and helping to serve notices under Section 4, we also gather crucial information on crop, structure, and land rates. In addition to creating thorough estimates for compensation pertaining to land, standing crops, trees, buildings, and forests, our staff assists in issuing notices under Section 7. Along with drafting the required paperwork in accordance with the 2017 Immovable Land Acquisition and Requisition Act, we also help create land acquisition estimates and award books. DSS facilitates with land transfers, participates in acquisition efforts with DC offices, helps PAPs update their records and get compensation, and resolves any potential conflicts.
Our Approach
- Assist in serving notice u/s 4 and Joint Verification
- Collection of Land Rate, Structure Rate and Crops Rate etc.
- Assist is serving notice u/s 7
- Preparation of estimates in respect of compensation, land, standing crops, trees, structure, forest etc.
- Assist in preparation of LA estimate and award book
- Assist in serving notice under section 8 by DCs
- Preparation of other documents if required as per Immovable Land Acquisition and Requisition Act 2017, DC office and Land Ministry.
- Assist PAPs in updating record of rights and receiving compensation
- Participation in Land acquisition and requisition activities with respective DC offices.
- Assist DC office during transfer of Land
- Resolve of Dispute/Arbitration (if any)
