Desh Seba Sangstha’s (DSS) holistic approach involves numerous important phases to ensure successful project implementation and community involvement. We start with extensive document assessments and hold stakeholder and public consultation workshops to gather feedback. Following the identification of affected residential structures, a census and Inventory of Losses (IOL) survey, as well as a socioeconomic study, are conducted to assess the requirements of the community.
